Satori is a direct, wordless knowing of reality as it is.
Often translated as awakening, its essence reaches far beyond language.
It is a lived experience; a state of clarity, spaciousness, and deep remembering. Satori is not about becoming something new, but returning to what has always been here: the present moment, before the mind begins to name or grasp it.
It is not the final destination, but a doorway; dissolving the illusion of separation and inviting a life aligned with truth.

Jake focuses on rebuilding the foundations of health from the inside out — using a unique blend of modalities such as Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilisation (DNS), visceral and organ manipulation, postural therapy, and holistic lifestyle coaching. His approach weaves together physical, emotional, and energetic principles to help clients move better, feel stronger, and live with greater vitality.
At his best, Jake thrives when inspiring others, sharing knowledge, and surrounding himself with like-minded individuals who are also on the path of growth, health, and self-discovery.
For nearly two decades, Justine Sydenham has been immersed in the study and practice of Integrative Healing Arts.
She is a Reiki Master, 500-hour ERYT Yoga and Meditation Teacher, Bodyworker, Integrative Energy Healer, Retreat Facilitator, and the founder of Sangha Yoga Studio.
At the heart of her work is a deeply embodied, trauma-informed approach that gently invites people home to themselves. Her favorite yoga quote, “We use asana to get into our bodies, not our bodies to get into asana,” beautifully reflects her philosophy: that these sacred practices are not about performance, but about presence—a soft re-wilding that guides us back to who we truly are.
